It's one way to stand out during a formal event, though. Together with a good-looking tie and cufflinks, you'll be able to make that monochromatic suit, stand out!
Re: The Prince Albert Knot

Nice, Flat rack!
Re: Blake Lively

She is indeed very beautiful and sexy, her choice to use the Prince Albert knot is the correct choice for ladies. However of it, the full/double Windsor, as much as I love it, is not the knot for everyone either. The style of knot one should use depends on:
A. The type of clothing worn, a wide collar shirt demands a wide knot, either the half Windsor or the full/double Windsor.
B. What kind of tie a person chooses to wear, a wide tie demands a wide knot. Also to be considered, the thickness of the fabric. The full/double Windsor works well with ties made of thicker material, but not so well on ties made of thin material. When wearing a tie made of thin material, a smaller knot, such as the prince Albert or four in hand work really well.
C. And finally, the size of the person; a small person should never, never, I mean absolutely never even consider wearing a fat knot like the full/double Windsor. Why? Because it will only draw all the more attention to how small he/she is. That brings up another consideration; ladies that are required to wear ties, they usually look better with the small knots. So as a general rule I recommend the full/double Windsor more that other knots, but there is a reason why more than one kind of knot was invented and I commend sexy tie for making more than one video on this subject.

Re: The Four in Hand Knot

very sexy

Re: The Prince Albert Knot

I love this website, i think all four women are beautiful, classy ladies. I personally prefer the full Windsor, but there are times when a small knot is needed. If one wears a tie that is made of thin material, they will not get a fat knot. also to be considered is the size of the person, a small person is much better off using a small knot.a big knot, such as the full Windsor will only bring even more attention to how small a person is. and if one is going to wear a slim tie then a fat knot will not work. at least you have four different knots to choose from, keep up the good work. p.s. this is as good a time as any to request that you do a video on tie accessories, such as tie clasp and hooks.
